Charlom Enslin is the Managing Director of V-Tech Holdings Group, leading operations across subsidiaries such as V-Tech Fuels, Picco Construction, and V-Tech Mining. With more than 25 years of experience in the mining industry, he brings extensive expertise in operational management, safety compliance, production optimization, and regulatory frameworks, driving innovative energy and fuel solutions for Africa’s industrial sectors.
His career began in 1995 at Vaal Reefs Exploration and Mining Co. Ltd., where he excelled in underground mining and completed his basic mining course with honours. He went on to earn multiple industry certifications, including a Blasting Certificate (1998) and a Mine Overseer’s Certificate (2002), which qualified him for senior supervisory roles across gold, chrome, and platinum operations. Over the years, he has consistently delivered exceptional safety and production records, establishing himself as a trusted leader in deep-level mining and resource management.
For more than a decade, Charlom has guided V-Tech’s growth, assembling a strong technical and management team that provides cleaning, recovery, and energy solutions to South Africa’s mining sector.
